The Heron was conceived as a chair to be used in meeting rooms and hotel reception areas as well as in restaurants, residences, hotel rooms and on cruise ships. Delivery Services:Heavy and bulky products (more than 20kg or exceeding size 30”x30”x30”/whatever is more) will be delivered on ground floor if your delivery address is located in a building or apartment. Missed Deliveries:If a delivery date has been arranged with you in advance but you are not able to accept the delivery when the delivery team arrives, Courier service may have to charge you a re-delivery fee.
