Heavy and bulky products (more than 20kg or exceeding size 30”x30”x30”/whatever is more) will be delivered on ground floor if your delivery address is located in a building or apartment. If a delivery date has been arranged with you in advance but you are not able to accept the delivery when the delivery team arrives, Courier service may have to charge you a re-delivery fee.
